milesource triva problem

OK I admit I'm new at this, I know the trivia question in milesource has a pop up window put I can't seem to get it to come up. I have tried shutting off my norton security ad aware I also have spybot but I don't see anything that would be blocking it. But I still can't get it to come up.! What am I doing wrong? Anyone have any ideas? I'm sure it's just a switch I'm missing somewhere.

If you have Norton Firewall - you must turn it off (disable). Probably true with others too, but I have Norton and that is the only way trivia will come up for me. The other links can have the firewall enabled.

If you're using a pop-up blocker try pressing the CTRL key (or the ALT key depending on your setup) at the same time you click the link.

Thanks for the help. Tried both of those ideas but neither worked. My sister has norton to but the pop up window came up when I was at her house. Just can't understand why it won't come up on my home computer gosh darn it.
