What exactly is a supercertificate from milesource? Is it something you receive over email? I cashed out almost 2 weeks ago with www.giftcertificates.ca and there was no mention of a supercertificate. My order was said to be sent in the next few days. Am I missing something or are these supercertificates only for Americans? Thanks in advance!
