Milesource Phone Number?

I recently attempted to redeem 3500 Milesource award points for a $25 gift certificate to use at a Marriott hotel. They (Milesource) sent me an email with a toll-free number to contact them to claim my certificate. I accidently deleted the email. I attempted to contact Milesource's customer service, but it wouldn't accept an email without an account/membership number. I was never assigned any such number. Does anyone know the toll-free (or any) phone number for Milesource? Also, is this how Milesource works? They have my address on file. Why should I also have to make a phone call? Is this some sort of scam? If anyone has a phone number for them, please post it. Thanks!

I, too, just redeemed points for a Hyatt Certificate to use before our cruise next year. Only after cashing out can you read the terms. I thought I was cashing out for an actual certificate, as was the case with giveanything.com was still there. BUT the terms and conditions state that they will send you an email with a contact number, you must book the room through their "partner" VacationMiles to get your discount. I think it all sounds a little strange. I hope we both get an actual certificate to use. I have a room booked now with a decent AAA discount and just want to use a certificate to pay off the rest. I will see what happens.

It makes me angry that you cannot see the terms and conditions until AFTER you make your redemption. I wrote a note complaining to Milesource, but of course, it was not answered.
