milesource phone number?

Does anyone have a phone number for milesource? I tried to contact them by e-mail today about points i redeemed in June, but never got a gift certificate number for. They insisted i log in to contact them, then claimed they did not recognize my username and password. Then they did not recognize my e-mail address, which is even clearly printed on my account detail page. I think once i get these problems straightened out, I am quitting milesource! But i cannot get through to them by computer.
