Milesource Gift Certs

I'm planning on cashing in some milesource points for Gift Certs at Rainforrest Cafe and Planet Hollywood. If we do not spend the $50.00 at each resturant do we get the cash back?

On our GC for RFC it says "Any unused amount of this gift certificate upom redemption will be given back in the form of a gift certificate voucher". But there is a gift shop there, from what I understand. We plan on buying some Christmas presents at RFC with the GC we earned through milesource.
