Milesource cashout, how long to get supercertificate?

I cashed out on 2/4 and still nothing. This is frustrating because then you have to wait at giftcertificates too. Man, I wish they did webcerts. I think I'm going to give up Milesource after this supercert finally arrives. It's just too slow for my thinking...

Last time I cashed out at Milesource was January 11th and on January 25th I ordered my Pizza Hut gc with my supercertificate.

You might try using the search on MyCoupons to find their phone number.
