The time is drawing near. Although rain is the forecast, there has been alternate arrangements made, so the big event will go on no matter what. If you need to find out please email Chris at the email below or check the link on a post below for all the specifics.
Thanks to Holidaypins (Chris Herder and Family) we have great location to have a day full of food, friends, family...and okay, maybe a pin or two!
We have a great day planned for all to enjoy. There will be a good ol' fashioned potluck, so please bring a dish to share. Hamburgers and Hot Dogs will be provided for you, and bring a dish to share.
Games Galore are in the planning stages as well.....some new ones that we've not yet heard of or seen at any other local pin meet! Of course, the DizKidz are welcome....we'll have plenty of kid games too!
There will also be Hay Rides and the possibility of a bonfire later in the evening as well! You can't beat a Fall September night! I might even bring the marshmellows!
Spread the word! It's sure to be a great time! There are several local hotels available for you "not so local" midwesterners. The Herder Family Farm is located in Frankfort, IL. Just 30 miles south of Chicago, it's easily accessed by many Chicago area expressways.
