Middle of February and humidity

Yes, while some people with upcoming trips for February might be planning out park days and packing, I am planning out the humidity and my hair!
So is there humidity this time of year? If so, is it really bad or only slightly frizzy bad?

So silly, I know...but I HAD to ask and I know someone will have an answer

It's not bad in the winter months. There is some humidity but not like summer humidity. In the winter if it's a sunny day in the 60 to 70 degree range, it's perfect. When the temps start climbing above 70 you get more humidity, but still not like summer.

One consideration is Feb can be a rainy month. You just never know.
