Middle names?

my middle name use to be Hildegarde
dropped it when I got married and now my middle name is my maiden name

DD#1 Paige
DD#2 Anne
DD#3 Susanna- my grandmothers name

DH is David- named after his uncle who he HATES- has to do with his Gfather dying and having POA signed over to him, drained all accounts and had to be forced to follow a signed will. he also tried to have that changed when GF was hours away from dying- attorney would not write a new will (yeah) so he hid the original (thought he had the only copy)

My middle name is Christine and DH's is Charles. I think my middle name goes well with my first name and I have always liked it.

Mine is Ann.... after my mom's middle name, her mom's middle name, and so on....

I broke the tradition when I gave my first DD Lorelei as a middle name after her godmother and my 2nd DD is Elizabeth....

Mine is Marie. As is my mom's, my aunt's and one of my cousins (the other one is Anne haha). I plan on using the middle name for my first daughter, too. I really like it and also took it as my confirmation name (nothing sounded right - my last name is Russian haha).

Spencer.

Old family surname. It was my grandmother's maiden name.

My father was born Henry Spencer Smith but he changed it to Spencer Henry Smith because he did not like the name Hank.

I have Spencer as my middle name (Gerald Spencer), as does my son (Joshua Spencer) and one of my grandsons (Shamus Spencer).

Marie. It was a great, great grandmother's name. I never cared for it because it is rather common for 80's kids. However, I do like that it was a family name.

DH's is Richard. He absolutely loathes it. It's funny, b/c my Dad's first name was Richard and he hated it too. So much so, he went by his middle name (Kent).

McGuire. It's my mom's maiden name, because my last name isn't a family name. My dad changed his last name when he ran away from home as a teen, and never changed it back. (At least, that's how he tells it, lol. )

One of my friend's initials are WEFQASD. Yeah there's a lot going on with that name.

I don't have a middle name. I forgot why, but my parents gave one to my sis.
On some papers I write my former last name initial since my dh cousin has used the same name too prior to her divorce from dh#1.

It's okay. Very feminine which is my style but it sounds a bit weird with my first name: Rory Elizabeth.

Mine is Jean and I don't like it at all. It sounds so southern. My mom's middle name was Jean and she wanted me to give DD the same middle name. Uh, no. DD's middle name is after Mom's mother- Grace. I ended up dropping my middle name and use my maiden name as a middle.

Middle name is Dawn. I love my middle name.

When mom and dad was finishing up the adoption paperwork, the case worker asked if they had settled on a name for me. They told her what they had picked for me. Once she heard what my full name was, she told them that I had been staying with an elderly foster couple, since my release from the hospital. They had been calling me Dawn. I guess I was ment to have that as a part of my name.
