Mid-November... Shorts, Capris, or Jeans?

all of the above! Last year we were there the week prior to Thanksgiving. One day was in the 40s at AK and we had on many layers, gloves, etc. Another day was 80s and we were at the pool at YC. You will likely have a wide variety of temps so pack for it all.

Consider investing in convertible pants, the type where the lower legs zip off. I find these extremely convenient for travel, hiking, day trips, not just Disney. You may need to go to an outdoors store such as REI or Eddie Bauer to find ones that make sense, as in converting to shorts and not capris.

Definitely bring all three! I pretty much guarantee you'll wear all three!
