Mid-June or Late July? Which would you pick?

We are trying to decide when to go next year and can't decide if we should go immediately after DS gets out of school (which I am reading alot of people do) or wait and go at the end of July. Compare crowds and heat. I assume it will be very hot either time so I don't know if that will be the deciding factor. We are planning to stay at ASMo. Any opinions on that choice for value resort? The only onsite resort we have stayed at is AKL so we know it will be a few steps down. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I vote for late July.

My sister has gone a few times in June for work & said it was crowded. I avoid June for what you said-schools get out & everyone wants to go there.

I have gone in late July/early August many times & this year I am going a bit earlier then I want to go but that is when the airline tickets were the cheapest.
