With all the changes from COVID now, what are good mid-day break spots for a quick power nap for the kids ( we will have a stroller with us)

We plan to rope drop for the Thanksgiving weekend so a good mid-day break would definitely make difference for the remaining day.

The back of the United Kingdom at Epcot has a relatively out-of-the-way park-like area- it used to be used for musical performances but with the limited live entertainment these days it should be relatively quiet. At MK I'd try Tomorrowland Terrace, one of the "relaxation" areas where you can remove masks. We were there 3 times in the week from 10/24-10/31 and it never seemed crowded or noisy. If you're OK with getting the kids out of the stroller and/or it's too cold to stay outside, Hall of the Presidents and American Adventure are fairly long and quiet shows.

When mine were little we would take turns walking a lap at Epcot. One of us would find a quiet shady spot and have a snack, while the other walked a loop of WS. When we got all the way around we'd switch.
