Microwaves @ GF??

I apologize if this a repeat question, but I have searched and searched and can not seem to find my answer. Does anyone know if there are microwaves in the rooms at the GF or do you have to request one?? My mom who is paying for this trip has to have one and if they don't have them we'll have to bring one with us. Thanks for the all the information.

No microwaves in any of the hotel rooms anywhere that I know of but you can use the ones at Gasparilla's. I don't think Disney allows them.

All of the DVC villas have microwaves (VWL, BWV, BCV, SSR, OKW, AKV). So do the cabins at Fort Wilderness and the family suites at ASM.

All resorts have a microwave for guest use in their food court or counter service eatery.

I have heard that some guests have been able to request one for their room at the Poly; it's worth a call to the GF to see if they do that as well.

There wasn't one in our room, but from what is says online you can request one from mousekeeping. FYI, we called mousekeeping to bring a fridge to our room.

All Deluxe and Moderate resort rooms have a refrigerator in them. You must have done this quite a while ago.

The GF does offer mircowaves if needed. We had one last March and it was great to heat up baby bottles and kid foods that I brought. When bell services brought our luggage up they asked if we needed a refridg, mirco or crib. Very Handy!!!
