Microtel Inn and Suites

Has anyone stayed in these hotels? We are thinking of staying at the Microtel Inn Universal on Canada Ave.

If anyone has stayed there can you please tell me how big the rooms are or if they are "micro" I went on their website and the rooms look quite small.

Also, how is the cleanliness and how is the continental breakfast.

Actually any input would be appreciated.

We have stayed at this chain of hotels in TN. They are all pretty much cookie cutters of one another. The rooms were not small at all. They had two double beds a small bar and fridge in the room. There was also a window seat that was big enough for a very small child to sleep in. They were very clean and also relatively new. The breakfast did not have many choices. There was two kinds of cold cereal some canned fruit and muffins. But it was free and the kids didn't complain.
