Where do you buy the tickets for MVMCP and is there any AP discounts?

You can buy them online at disneyworld.com, you can get the discounted price through the AP site, or you can call Disney. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members receive a 10% discount on November 13, 17, and 28 and December 14 only.
