I am wondering based on the opinions of those who have attended the party, What time is best for PS so you are done in time for the party start at 7 pm. I would like to time it good not too early and vice versa I don't want to be eating at 7 win the party starts.

AIMEEM - What day of the week did you go previously? I was under the impression that things (including the parade) weren't as crowded during the party as during regular business hours.

What time can you start sitting down for the parade and other shows?

I've always gotten PS between 5:00p and 5:30p and finished by 6:45ish.

It can be crowded at times and at certain places. I'd get a spot for parade/shows at least 1/2 hour before.

WE ARE GOING DECEMBER 7TH, AND WE HAVE PS'S AT LTT FOR 5:05pm. We would like to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace, but not so leisurely that we miss the snow on Main Street or other activities. We are hoping to take our pictures at the HOP. What time should we plan to complete our meal including dessert?

Thanks Claudia

I think 5:05p is a good time. You'll probably finish your meal around 6:30ish.

Because of the presentation of the meal (family style), it may not last longer than an hour unless you make an effort to linger. We had a 5:05 PS last year, and without rushing (or lingering) we ended up catching a 6:30 show in Tomorrowland. We had the included dessert (Boston Cream Pie). Even with a leisurely pace you'll be finished by 6:30.

Wow looks like quite a few are going to the party on the 7th. Can't wait to see some of you guys and maybe say hello.

We'll be at MVMCP on Dec. 2! We have a PS at LTT that night, but I can't remember what time it is (thank goodness I write these things down). :)

We went 2 years ago on the very first party. I want to say it was the Sunday night after Thanksgiving. I found it VERY crowded that night all over the park. We never did get our free family picture because the lines were so long. Im hoping that by going to the 2nd party on a Tuesday night this year will be less crowded!!! If its not less crowded, then hopefully I will be more prepared for it! :)

Just curious, you mention catching a show at 6:30 in Tomorrowland. I have read that they hold guests who entered early in Tomorrowland or Fantasyland till the official 7 pm opening. I have also read that the rides in that land are open for use while waiting, but did not realize that they have shows during that time. Does anyone know what shows are available and where during the hour wait? It would be great to get one of the MVMCP shows done before the party actually starts.

The show was "Mickey's 'Twas The Night Before Christmas" in the Galaxy Theater. I'm not certain of the starting time but it was definitely before 7:00. Due the limited options available before 7:00 for MVMCP guests, the show was SRO, so it would be a good idea to get there early if a similar schedule is used this year.

Ordered!;) I am attending Dec. 12 Sunday, anyone else from the DIS going that night?

My tickets were delivered this weekend and we'll be there on December 12th. We have a ps for LTT at 4:30. This will be our very first MVMCP.

Thanks for the speedy reply. That is great news.

We made our priority seating for LTT for 5:35. Do you think we can be done by 6:45 or 6:50 in time to go get the photo before the crowd at the HOP. Don't want to miss any of the party. Thanks.
