Shouldn't the Wonder be in port? Didn't see it on the webcam.

We got great news today. John does NOT have prostate cancer!! Thank you for all of your prayers....I'm sure that did the trick!

Great news about John!!!! So does Christopher really know or is he pulling your chain. We've had trouble seeing it on Thursday am before. I'll take a peek and let you knwo. It's usually all the way to the left and you ahve to look up and zoom in.

At noon, it is on the right side, about 1/3 of the way from the right edge and zoomed in most all the way!!!! It's there!!!

Well...you all were right!! Airtran changed our flight times!
Luckily it now leaves an hour earlier - instead of 8 am we leave at 7 and get to orlando at 9:07 instead of 10. Let's hope it stays this way!
Thanks for the heads up - I wasn't surprised at all to get the email from them. I think this will be the last time we use airtran.

Well Elana, it's good they moved it in the right direction for you. That is what time we were going to fly down when we were on airtran. Glad it's working out for you, but with all the cut backs, I am thinking we might not fly them again anytime soon (not that we'll be going anywhere after our cruise, lol)! We are one month today Elana!!!! Are you getting excited???

OK, for breakfest at work today we had Einstien bagles and chocolate fudge cookies, lunch was olive garden, and they just brought us ice cream sundaes. All I can say is what Diet? I'm starting to think I should of bought my clothes a size larger rather than a size smaller.

You haven't shared your yummy lunches with us in a while, I thought maybe you had to fend for yourself like the rest of us, lol. Boy I LOVE Einstien bagels, specificaly the choch chip one toasted with butter!!!! YUMMY! I stay out of Einstien for a reason. Oh, and Olive Garden in one day and then ice cream, oh Dawn, I could so NOT work where you do!!! I'd be munching all the time and I'd never get this weight off!

We have had lasagne every day this week so far. Now you know why I gained back the 20lbs I lost. My neighbor, who is a chef, called and asked me if we would like pork chops tonight for dinner. I am SOOO full but at least the kids will have a nice dinner.

I just watched the Wonder leave port for the first time. It just increased my excitement 10 fold! What a beautiful ship. It just brought it all home to me!

I think all the airlines are changing flights right now. I have been hearing that a lot lately. I have a flight in Nov that has been changed also. Next time I will stick with Southwest.

Dawn, glad to hear about John . Now we can also celebrate that on the cruise. Ok, now for all of you desperately waiting for the next exercise in the "Dis Board" workout plan, this will be a self guided workout. Mainly because it's done during the afternoon while acting like a tourist (or little kid ). While on Castaway Cay and Nasau you should be carring bottles of water. Try to carry the largest bottle you can for extra weight. Needless to say you should walk every were. This is to again build up your cardio and speed up your metabolism. Remember group, faster metabolism means less food settles in the nether regions so we can eat more . Plus it's cheaper. Back to the water, as you walk you need to alternate holding the heavy bottle in one hand and lift your arm forward shoulder height. This will work out our shoulders ( to better handle the burden of the cost of this cruise). Each time you lift it is called a rep. We will call 10 reps a set. You should perform 1 set per arm and then switch arms. We should do 2 sets per arm. Then we need to do the same reaching sideways. While doing these exercises you can act like you are pointing, look over there. Besides strengthing your shoulders to handle the cost burdens, this will add flexibility for your trip through the food lines. If you pass something you wanted you can easily reach back sideways and grab it with out hurting your shoulder. Also for the late night partying you will be able offer up more toasts (you know raising your glass). Now for the day at sea we can rest by going to the fitness center. Stay tuned for tomorrows final workout schedule for night time.

Hey, there! Thanks for the webcam post this afternoon. We were out most of the day but popped back in a little after noon, just in time for me to catch up on the thread and to see the Wonder on the webcam. How did you get the webshot?
It's pouring raining here off and on for hours! We've been working all afternoon and evening canning peaches. It's pure drudgery to the 10th degree, so a glimpse of the Wonder a little bit of DCL daydreaming is a welcome distraction.

It seems like almost everyone we know is going on vacation this week. Yesterday, our neighbor called to ask me to collect her mail. My friend stopped by to return one of our beach chairs before she leaves for vacation. Two of friends from the pool are in Myrtle Beach. And, we're bunny and hamster sitting for the next 10 days for our friends who are also on vacation. (The rabbit is so sweet. He's big and fat and has long, floppy ears that hang to the ground. He is good with people and lets us pet him. He's litter trained, too. He hops around the room but goes back to his cage to use his tray.)

I got the photo from the webcam site. There is a little icon on there that you can 'snap' a shot of what you are looking at. Get those peaches done. We haven't seen any of that rain yet, but could use some. At least the humidity has been down so that's good.
