How are you doing? Welcome back. Is it still you and your sister cruising or is hubby coming? At one time I think it was you and Susan (sis)? When will you get your room number? What category did you pick? Any idea what level you are on?

It's still me and my sister Sam. We should be getting our cabin assignments this week, just waiting for the paperwork to come in from our travel agent.
I think we are in Category 11. I'll update you as soon as I get the info. We're first time DC'ers so we're kind of clueless. Been to WDW more times than I can count but this is a first for both of us.
Can you tell me if there's an FAQ for the extenders? Don't want to ask the same questions I'm sure you guys have answered a hundred times lol. - thanks for the warm welcome! - nancy

Hellooooo fellow dis'ers . Ok, i had one of those moments of enlightenment at the YMCA today . Thats a place you can go to workout. Kind of like a public gym. Anyhow, while there i was hit with an idea on how to combine 2 of my favorite activities during our cruise. Eating and workingout . We are going to start up the first Dis Board workout club. First thing everymorning as a group we will power walk (cardio workout) to the breakfast bar. We will take a plate in each hand (balance of weight) and place the same small amount of food on each plate (balance of weight). Then we will do lunges (hamstring stretches) to our tables. As we lunge to our tables we will alternately lift and lower each hand shoulder height (bicep workout). DO NOT sit down. Food will settle in the buttock region. We will stand. There by promoting a faster metabolism and allowing the food a pathway past the buttocks. After finishing both plates we will again lunge back in line. This time we need to increase the weight of food on each plate. This is the Pyramid System for weight lifting. We will repeat this procedure for 3 total trips each time increasing the weight. Along with your food you need to drink either green tea or coffee. These promote an increase in your metabolism. Metabolism burns up calories. The faster the better. After eating as a group we will power walk once around the ship, again a cardio workout, then procede to your cabin to start your day. This is only the first of our multi daily workouts. I will add more later. Some principles to remember; Weight lifters ( those people with ugly perfect bodies that can't scratch their own backs) eat 6 times a day and workout muliple body parts at one time. We are going to adopt these principles and hope to develope bodies looking like theirs .

Just wanted to share with the group that our first grand baby is girl. She isn't due to make an appearance until late December, but today's ultrasound (very detailed) confirmed that our precious grandduaghter is doing well!!

they do, her name will be Isabella Grace. And if by any chance she is really a boy, then his name will be Aiden Tyler! They are prepared, just in case, lol. But now we can buy our granddaughter stuff from our cruise!!!

congrats! I didn't realize that you were "expecting" My oldest was born on 12/23(her due date). When I was PG with my 2nd we had Isabelle picked out for a name. Well when she was born she did not look like an Isabelle to us lol. She did look like a Jocelyn though so that is what she was named.

30 yrs from now I hope my first grandchild is a girl.

Congrats to both you you Patty and Dale Isabella Grace is a beautiful name, I love it! I love Grace as a middle name - If I had a daughter I would be between Olivia Grace and Ava Grace, but Isabella might be a contender now

I've already set up the DVR to catch opening ceremonies, just in case I am not home!!! I can't wait!!! We like the gymanstics (of course since dd did that for some time) and swimming. Track is ok, over quickly which is good, but some of the sports are too long and you dont' get to see everyone, just he ones that make the top which is hard if you are cheering for a local person. 8/8/08!!!!! YEA!!!! (actuall I wish it was 9/6/08, then we would be driving from MCO to the hotel right now!!!)

We got great news today. John does NOT have prostate cancer!! Thank you for all of your prayers....I'm sure that did the trick!
