Hi Hayley,

We'll be at the 9/5 one too! We are also going to the 9/12!

What are you guys wearing?

Karen

GOOOOD MORNING fellow Dissers:goodvibes. We are now another day closer:woohoo: to paradise otherwise known as a Disney Cruise. Is anybody else stressing out as much as Patty? :scared: Poor girl is having nightmares and not sleeping. I actually think most of ya'll (said with a southern drawl) need a daily onboard Disney-holic meeting..."hello my name is (fill in the blank) and my favorite Disney character is (again fill in the blank). I am from (you give your last disney hotel name):scared: and my spouse and kids names :scared: (if any) are (you start to name the 7 dwarfs)". Disney actually has a cure for the Disney-holics. It's a two-step (not the dance you Country music lovers) (ofcourse there is NO other music) program;
STEP 1) Choose the date of your next cruise
STEP 2) fork over the deposit
STEP 3) Get back on the Dis boards till your next cruise
Then you are cured. I know thats 3 steps, but it's not actually a cure either. More like a fix.:dance3:
Now for the legal disclaimer, i am truely sorry if i offended anybody over this little joke. I do understand that addictions ARE serious. I'm just trying to shed a little humor on the subject. Has anybody looked into hidden Mickey's onboard our ship? It is kind of like a scavenger hunt for Mickey. There seem to even be some on Castaway Cay. Has anybody ever spent time in Disney searching for the hidden Mickey's? Well i guess i should go do some work. Until later....

I don't think the stress is the cruise, silly, I think it's just worry about everything going right for our vow renewal. I think I really like your 3step program, does that mean we get to book another cruise!!!!!?????

Karen, we are hoping to dress up as Ragdoll Sally and Jack Skellington :) We'll be ordering the costumes once we arrive in WDW as they come from an American company :)

WDW don't allow head covering masks though, so I'll have to paint DBF's face white or something!! Look out for us!

Ok Dale, I found out from my mother that John use to design for the mazeraties (I know I murdered the spelling on that....just do sounds like  ) and mini coopers.
I do a really poor job at the hidden mickeys. Even when they are pointed out to me I am still standing there saying "I don't see it". :confused3

Don't feel bad Dawn. Our son was pointing one out to me on the building at the resort and I just couldn't see it for the life of me and then suddenly!!!! There it was!!! I asked how in the world he found that, he told me either he read it somewhere on they told him when he was on the segway tour.

As far as football--The Pats. Baseball is my sport though. I am big on the summer olympics also. (2 more days!!) Swimming would be my fav on that. Phelps is the man.

We did the MNSSHP last year--really fun!! :thumbsup2

LOVE mini coopers.

Don't love Disney's new ticket prices but, not surprised.

As far as food. I really like DCL's chicken strips. They are really good lol. RCCL has a better buffet though. I usually eat the beef every night in the DR. Oh and DCL has Krispy Kremes!!

More school shopping tonight. Will it ever end?:sad1:

Mary, no, it will never ever ever end. I have been doing inventory at home to see what I have left over and what I absoultely have to buy for supplies. Good luck to you!

I love that we are pretty much done with back to school shopping. The kids just want money for clothes now and again. DD is moving out on the 15th!!! Oh my goodness, she's leaving us AGAIN! This time she and three friends are renting a house closed by her school. Our DS is now a senior, so he can't possibly need more supplies for this year?? He'll decide the night before school that he needs some paper/notebooks/pens, etc. Good thing he can go shop by himself!

Yea, it's different when your senior son says he says he needs last minute supplies. I'd say, "Okay, if you're going to Walmart, pick me up..... while you're there."

Have you been to the Walmart this past week? Our schools don't start for a month and it's already shoulder-to-shoulder in the school supplies aisles. When I pass it and see all the frantic shopping, I ask myself whether I should be doing the same, but we really don't need anything.

When does the school year begin in everyone's home state or country?

OMG Patricia.........I just saw pictures of what your vow renewal area will look like!!!! WOW!!!! :woohoo:

Chris starts school aug 11th and chase starts aug 18th. I already have chris's work worked out w/ his teacher for the week he is going to miss school. :thumbsup2

Monica,

I couldn't believe all the back to school ads already. Tyler goes back on the 26th of this month, Aubre not until the 3rd of September!

All six of mine start 8/18. :teacher:

We have meet the teacher on 8/14.

We are done with clothes. :cheer2:

Now on with supplies.

We don't start school over here until the start of September - probably like the 2nd or 4th :)

I'm moving out of home on the 15th Sept also, me and DBF have found a house to rent and we have just been accepted on it and been to pay the deposit. We are hopefully picking up the keys and signing the contract on Sept 12th - the day we arrive back in the UK
