No, you can't book them with UK travel agents. The only other way to book them is through Dreams Unlimited, one of the DIS Sponsors, however you can only do this if you have a package booked with them

Do you not want to book them over the phone? It's very easy and the Disney agents are so friendly - I love calling Disney. Give me your credit card details and I'll book them for you

If you go on the WDW website,go right down to the bottom left and change the settings to US English,when that has refreshed go to 'things to do'at the top of the page and you will see 'special events'-here you will find you are able to purchase tickets for the halloween party-You can either pick them up when you get there or they will mail them for a charge.I picked mine up at the hotel and no probs at all.

I didn't realise you could book them online. OP, it is worth pointing out you are still purchasing them direct from Disney though - not a UK retailer.
