Now were did we leave off. Ah yes, Beach Blanket Buffet. This was the one and only time I got to try the infamous Strawberry Soup. I could have eaten that all day. I know this is not the best picture but here you go. I have added the recipe so you can try it at home to.
Strawberry Soup
Ingredients
2 cups hulled and sliced fresh or (thawed) frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped topping, as needed
Fresh mint sprigs, optional

n a blender, combine all the ingredients but the whipped topping and mint and process until smooth. Ladle the soup into bowls and top with a dollop of whipped topping. Garnish with mint, if desired.

Keep in mind this wasn't the dessert. It was on the main buffet counter. Even though this would be really good over ice cream.

After eating we went to go explore the ship as our rooms wouldn't be ready till 2pm. We made a quick stop at Wavebands to change our Palo reservation and then we were off.
