We'll be 4 adults traveling with a 6,5,4 and 2 year old. I hear mixed reviews about Mickey's Backyard BBQ, but overall it sounds like a fun time for the kids. Would you do the BBQ or go to Ohana? :confused3

Thanks for any advice! :)

We recently did the Spirit of Aloha....

Based on our experience I would never suggest this place to anyone. Yes, it was ok... but not worth it in our oppinion. Over half of the show is just lost noise, and the food is nothing at all special. It is not that you cannot get any enjoyment out of this, the flame part of the show was great, but.... we left overall disappointed.

We have not done any of the other dinner shows, so really can't tell you anything about them.

I also think that with all the younger kids in your group, they may get more out of something with characters that they can relate to.

i agree about the luau and i HATED having to sit w/ strangers. we tend to clam up and then ending up having to hear everyone else's conversation. it was awkward! you may like it though. the ribs were great, dessert was a disappointment. the 'show' was not continuous, i remember them having their radio/boom box on a lot of the time.

I would say do the byb. go for it!
