I had asked about the non alcoholic drinks on the dining plan before, and no one responed. Like you I would like to know also if you can get this on the ddp.
Im not sure about this particular drink, but I know that at O'hana's we all got non alcoholic daquiris (im sure I spelled that wrong, but you know what I mean) and it was included on the dining plan
I guess the only way to know for sure is to ask the individual restaurant. I don't know if you could hold them to anything since the brochure states non alcoholic. I would think that they would have to have something stating no coverage for speciality drinks, or something like that.
I can't say on DDP for sure but I was on a similar plan few years back and it was a no go. You can get drink it self but not glow cube( I think it's the cherry flavored sprite right?)

I think it depends on both the CM and the restaurant. In August and October of last year we were able to get glo cubes at some places and not at others. You can ask and the most they can do is say no. Nothing lost.
Everyone seems to have different experiences.
My kids got it included with the free dining plan, but the waiter made it seem like he was slipping them to us on the sly. My daughter actually had pink lemonade in the special cup with the special cubes b/c she won't drink any carbonated beverages. This was in August, so things may have changed since then. We were offered specialty drinks at 1900 Park Fare as part of the dining plan. I think it just depends on the server you get.
