It was a hit with our family last year - and we have ADRs to go back again this year. It was actually the first place DH requested to repeat this year. You'll find mixed reviews, as people's taste do vary.
There were hot dogs, hamburgers, ribs, chicken, beans, potato salad, corn on the cob and cornbread. Also beer, wine and Mickey bars were included as well. I think there was even mac & cheese - at least my DD swears there was, but I don't remember that for sure.
We didn't try the hamburgers - to be honest, they weren't appealing looking to us. However DH & I really enjoyed the ribs. I don't eat meat often due to gastric bypass, so I was tickled that the ribs were moist enough I was able to eat (and keep down) two. My DDs loved the chicken.
We found the entertainment a lot of fun. The characters come out in their western wear and dance with visitors. It did get busy with people trying to push their kids closer to get good photos, but no one was overly pushy the night we were there - but I've read less favorable reviews of parental behavior. Later a rope trick guy comes out. And they also teach the guests to do a line dance. All in all, we found it a lot of fun.
If you've not done so yet - I looked up the meal on utube before booking last year - to see if the entertainment was up our alley. It looked fun to me, and we were not disappointed. But again - everyone is looking for something different for their vacation, so while we loved it - the next family may not.
Good luck deciding.
