Mickey's Backyard BBQ timing

We are planning to attend this fall after a midday break from the parks. We have category 1 seating & got a notice to arrive by 4:30pm for the 5:30 show. What time should we plan to get to Ft. Wilderness? We plan to take a Minnie Van there.

Also, how long does the show last? Thank you!

4 pm. The bus at fw can be slow getting you to the BBQ and you can mill around when you get there.
