Hi everyone!

Originally, me, my boyfriend, and four friends of ours were planning to hit up the World in December. While two of the friends decided to stay two more days than us and buy their own tickets, me, thinking it would help, stuck me, my boyfriend, and the two other friends on one ticket.

Well, now those friends can't go.

What do I do to drop these people from our bill, or even add in new friends if it comes to that?

Thanks everyone!

Yup, just call and tell them what you need to do. We left on Saturday and we dropped my husband off our vacation on the Monday before (and scaled back our DXDP to DDP and canceled a bunch of dining reservations) because he got a new job and couldn't take the time, and it was no problem at all. The cost was refunded to my credit card before we left Saturday afternoon.

Friend always cause me grief when I booked them so we make them book now for our long weekend excursions. They don't usually bail when it's their responsibility.

As long as you booked direct through WDW, you just need to call them and remove your friends and their tickets from your package.

If you used a travel agent, you'll have to call them and they'll take care of it.
