Mickey top hat measurement?

Does anyone still have one of these and could tell me the measurement of the inside of the hat? I am looking into getting one for future-DH but I don't want to get it if it won't fit his head!

I'm too lazy to find a tape measure, and go upstairs LOL, BUT the top hat was a bit tight on my DH's head. He mentioned it a few times. There are a slew of photos in all my TRs of him, so you could kinda compare him to your DH
