Mickey soaps at the All-Stars??

Just a quick question. I had mickey soaps way back in '91 when we stayed at CB. I was just wondering if they are given to you at the All-stars or not???

Thanks for the quick replies. My 4 year old loves different shaped- soaps and will surely get a kick out of mickey soaps.

You do know it is just an oval soap bar w/ Mickey etched in it right?

Actually, no!! I thought that it would be shaped like Mickey. I guess my memory from '91 is not right. Oh well!! Thanks for the info.

Last time I stayed at an All Star you got Mickey facial soap but the bath soap and shampoo was from a dispenser mounted to the wall of the shower. That was Nov. 2001, things could've changed since then.

EpcotBill is correct. The All Stars give only the smaller hand soap, not the larger bath bar. But the good news is you can ask your housekeeper to leave extras and most will.

Just back last week.....they leave one small facial soap at the sink. If you put it away, they'll leave another each day of your stay. The soap for the shower/bath and the shampoo is in a wall mounted dispenser. No mickey. My dh hoards the Mickey soaps....likes to be sure he has enough to last him until our next WDW vacation...LOL. He says its his "little bit of Disney every day"

And they are oval bars with Mickey shaped into them. They come in a black box with Mickey on it. They make a nice decorative addition to our bathroom...where we have a mickey shaped rug and a "mickey parts" shower curtain. I use them to prop up our mickey hand sponge....LOL.

Check those dispensers in the All Stars! I stayed there last year and the body wash was on the shampoo side and the shampoo was on the body wash side. I washed with shampoo for two days before figuring it out! UGH! Now I just use the bar soaps and bring my own shampoo!
