Mickey soap & shampoo

Hello! It's been a couple of years since I've been to WDW, and I was wondering if they still provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the rooms? ...and do they give you more through your stay? Due to airline rules, I'd like to minimize the amount of liquids I have in my bags.

Yes, they still give products--shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar and facial soap. They have changed the brands and the packaging. We have never had a problem with mousekeeping leaving some every day (several times they have left us extras!).

Thanks! That's too bad they changed brands...I still have the soap from one of my trips, and it smells sooooo good!

I've stayed from Poly CL to All Stars and none have ever given conditioner. the shampoo is suppose to be all in one. I always bring my own conditioner. Plus it depends on where you are staying to what is left. At Poly Cl twice a day they would clean the room (in the evening it was more of a throw out trash, replenish towels and toiletries, and turn down beds) Poly gave the most. Toothbrushes, lotion, soap, face soap, and shampoo. WL, CR, and AKL gave lotion, soaps and shampoo. Mods and Value give Soaps and shampoo. It all depends on where you stay. DDs and I have long thick hair so no conditioner is not an option. I even paid $7 for conditioner in the gift shop when I forgot mine (St Eves I think, I didn't care for it). I am hugely into Philosophy so I bring my own products and save the soaps and what not for my DGS2. He loves Mickey.

On a recent trip we had conditioner at Coronado Springs, but all-in-one at Caribbean Beach. Weird...

Anyway, I LOVE the H2O products they're using now...they smell just as good and work even better than the last brand!

Yep, that's where I got the shampoo and conditioner separate--on our trip to CSR last year. I knew I wasn't cracking up...because I brought the extras home with me and I use them after I work out at the office.

At WL, you will get separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, facial soap, and bath soap. It's all made by an upscale manufacturer called h2o Plus.

If you're at WL, you'll get their Aquatics line. If you're at the GF, you get the spa line. I believe that the value and perhaps moderate resorts get the combo shampoo/conditioner, but the deluxes get separate bottles of each.

CSR gets the same soaps/shampoos as the deluxe's, with the exception of GF, which gets the Spa line. The other mods and the values get the shampoo/conditioner combo, face soap and body soap. I loved the soap and all-in one when we went to POR last year, so I ordered some online.

If you are checking your bags you can bring shampoo and soap of any size in your bag. I just flew to Monterey, Caifornia and had full size Pantene in my checked bags.

Thanks everyone! This is a silly question...but... Do the new products still have a picture of Mickey on them?

He's still on there, but he's not as noticeable, and it's more of a silhouette, kinda like a hidden mickey. The containers are clear, so the label doesn't show as much as the product.
