Mickey skull & cross bones

Either last year or the year before someone make vest with a variety of Skulls and cross bones for the different characters. It was just a outline. Does anyone know who did those? They showed the pictures from MNNSHP and I thought they were great at the time but I did not save them. Can anyone help me out?
