Mickey Pumpkin Head with Wreath?

I've had a look through some photobuckets and seen some pumpkin mickey heads but not quite what i'm looking for.

What I'm hoping for is something like this that they use in the parks, but in clipart style not a photograph:

The pumpkin mickey heads that i've already seen but with the wreath around it.

(I don't know who's image this is, i just found it on a google search)

I don't know if this is even possible or if anyone has already created something similar..but would anyone be willing to give it a try or point me in the direction where they know I could find something like this?

ETA: I forgot to add I don't need a border or any names or anything on it, and I'll be using it for a window decoration so as big as you can make it will be great

most DISigners will not create as a blank and will require some type of personalization

Ok no problem thanks for letting me know, will just have to try and make something myself out of a photo

personalization for me need not be a name as shown here (wanted it to work for both Halloween and Thanksgiving or autumn in general)

We have only ever stayed off site before and have never been over an occasion so I'm very excited to decorate!
