Mickey pancakes?

I'm planning for our first trip to the World October 2nd to October 16th!

The ONLY request my DH has made is that he gets to eat Mickey shaped pancakes! I know where to find Mickey waffles... but I haven't spotted anywhere that serves Mickey pancakes (I asked... he said they are NOT the same - lol).

Does anybody know where I can schedule an ADR to get my poor DH some Mickey pancakes?

I think at Kona, they put the pancakes in the shape of a Mickey head for my kids, but they are not Mickey shaped pancakes. I don't think those exist at WDW that I have ever seen. Just waffles.

I've also only seen Mickey shaped waffles. I think the pancakes are all just 3 pancakes shaped like Mickey's silhouette.

They made us Mickey shaped pancakes at Fresh (at the Dolphin)!

I have seen them once, but most people won't be able to get them. My niece is lactose intollerant so the chef made her pancakes in the shape of little mickey heads. We were at WDW for 2 weeks and she was getting sick of waffles by then. She sure gobbled them up.

They make choc chic pancakes to order at Crystal palace but can't recall if they are mickey shaped or not.

We bought a red mickey pancake shaped maker for home from the cookshop DTD.

They made my DH the chocolate chip pancakes to order at Crystal Palace and the guy (at the omelet station, this is where you have to go) put them in the shape of a mickey.

Yep Crystal Palace is the only place I have heard of people getting them.

By any chance are you guys Disneyland regulars? We love to get our Mickey pancakes at the Riverbelle Terrace in Disneyland and miss being able to find them at WDW!

Just ask nicely and any TS will make them for you.
You will get one BIG mickey shaped PC instead of smaller ones.

Thanks so much for all the replies! We've got a ressie at CP - so hopefully he can get some there. I'll also let him know that if he asks nicely, he may be able to get them at TS places.


Amy&Dan - DH had Mickey pancakes at Disneyland when he was a child. It apparantly left such a strong impression on him that now going to any Disney = Mickey pancakes!

Ahhhh! I miss those pancakes! *LOL* Although, I think it was "Aunt Jemima's" (or sponsored by) when I was a child. That definitely dates me!

You can still get them at the Riverbelle Terrace at Disneyland and they are still wonderful!

I like that place for the Mickey pancakes and the fact that is where Walt Disney himself like to have his coffee each morning.

At least now I know if you ask at WDW, they might make you some!
