Mickey Mouse Tulips!

The sign is a little blurry but trust me, that's what it says! We found them at the 2006 Philadelphia Flower Show.

why thank you i totally flipped out. DBF was a little bewildered why i was so insistant on having my photo taken with a cluster of tulips.

thanks dan, i didn't know about that thread! didn't realize you were going to WDW so soon too!! I don't know if we'll make it to any DIS meets (DBF is one of 'those' who doesn't get the whole message board thing and thinks I'm crazy for spending so much time on the DIS....and i have to acquiesce to him, cause it's his birthday trip!) but who knows, maybe we'll bump into each other!

i was in the pet store a little while ago and saw mickey mouse fish. i ran over and got my mom, who was like, yep, seen them before. i was shocked that she didn't own any... or my sister didn't own any for that matter. they're obsessed with disney!

I can't tell. . .Do the flowers have a Mickey on them or are they sort of shaped like Mickeys? Or is it just an honorary name? I see the Mickey on the fish, and I just wonder if I'm not seeing something on the flowers. It's pretty cool either way, but would be really neat if there are hidden Mickeys on them.

i believe they are called Mickey Mouse tulips because they are yellow & red, the same colors as his pants and shoes.

No DIS meets as such that I know of, PD. Those are more in early December. I'm just meeting up with people, parks, restaurants, wherever. Always fun there. Hope to see you guys.
