I am glad it worked out for you.I wouldn't have done it ...that cake alone would have sent my devout italian Catholic grandma into heart failure...but hey different strokes different folks.

I absolutely agree! I'm so glad it went well for you. My family would have taken a knife and removed the crosses because they would have been so appalled! I have to admit, once I saw it I decided I would never do that, because it would not be well-received! Glad you had a wonderful event to remember!

Thanks everyone, and I understand what you are saying; but the baptism was saturday with a nice dinner at a restaurant afterwards, and the BBQ with the mickey cake was the next day. I wrapped his presents in baptism paper, he wore the white suit during his baptism and for the dinner, and we were having a bouncy bounce anyway to keep the kids occupied, so it really went well. The mickey outfit was for the BBQ, not the baptism.
