Mickey Mouse Fish

Yes thats right Mickey Mouse Platies
Dh has brought me some for his fish tank
We could'nt believe it when we saw then at the weekend
They are small orange fish which have near the end of the body a large black round circle & two small black circles which look like Mickeys head
I've tried to get a picture of them to show you all but the darn things won't keep still long enough to take their picture.

We have treated the water and now have to wait a week or so before we introduce the first (of two, one each) fish.
Is it a coldwater fish?
She would love it if we could get them - they have already decided to call the fish Chip N Dale....

Don't want to burst your DD's bubble but goldfish bowls (or goldfish coffins as they are also called) of this design are not good for fish
There is not enough surface to air exposure.
Better to swap for a small rectangle tank

To be honest, I can't do that. The present has been given by a grandparent that owns one of these tanks and has no problems, we are only getting two fish and the pump seems pretty effective.
I guess we'll have to deal with the consequences.
