After visiting Disney last Thanksgiving and crying for that Mickey Mirror at the bath shop in DD, my husband Mark agreed to try and turn one of our bureau mirrors into a Mickey Mirror. Our dressing room now has a beautiful Mickey Mirror. He made the hands, ears and shoes out of high density foam. Painted them and then stuck them on the mirror. This is across from our vanity made from the bureau. The bowl sinks were installed and new cabinets hung above them.

Next is our coffee cups purchased at the Main St Bakery. I had to have them! We have a coffee pot, fridge and microwave up in our master suite.... I could stay there all day and be VERY happy.

I love Mary Engelbrite and had to have this print from the Gallery store in DD. Below the picture frame is a girl dressed in her disney clothes with a tea set on a piano stool my husband painted.

and here she is:

and finally here is the closet with my new Mickey knobs.

Hope you like it. A little bit of paradise here in New Hampshire

Those all look great Denise!!! I particularly like the mirror! Thanks so much for sharing these :)

Everything looks great!

I want so badly to turn out master bath into a Disney bath. DH on the other hand wants a pool...LOL! Something tells me the pool will win before my bathroom gets done.

Oh let me clarify I don't just want Disney decorations, I want the entire wall that separates our sinks from our actual bath, shower camode knocked out. I want the tub replaced with a deep whirlpool tub. I want the godawful wallpaper stripped and the entire bathroom rearranged.....so we are talking about as much money as a pool....LOL!

Have I mentioned I hate our master bathroom? Whoever designed/decorated it must have been a little insane. The wallpaper is hot pink/blue/green/white with little People in Boats and Cows and Horses....OMG its AWFUL!!!!!

I love this! Great photos.

Very nice! Where can one find high density foam? It's a great idea.

BTW, I love the color on your walls. Do you know the name?

Great job - Love that mirror!
Is the wall behind the coffee cups sponged?

I'll find out about the foam. It's for signs but I'll let you know.

NO. the effect on the picture with the cups comes from Imagestation, it's really just a plain green wall.

The color on the wall is a chip we got from the Ralph Lauren collection. I did not buy that particular paint at Home Depot because their store is always crowded and not as convenient as our local hardware store.

Unfortunately our local hardware store does not have those colors so I brought in a chip and their computer matched it quite close. Nothing against Ralph but convenience won out.

Everything looks beautiful.

What a talented DH you have. Is he taking orders on Mickey Mirror's? What a beautiful job.

Great mirror, and great way to make it! Where did you get the Mickey knobs?

High density foam can be found from a sign supplier. Mickey knobs were bought at the bath shop in Downtown Disney. It's near the Rainforest Cafe.

Everything is very well done :) I'd love to have that Mickey mirror too but I really don't have a place to put it.
