Mickey meet and greet pre Halloween Party

My wife and our niece's family are going to the Halloween Party this weekend. One of my niece's children have never been to WDW and wants to meet Mickey. I see that Mickey meets in the Town Square Theater and was wondering how this worked with the Jack and Sally meet-up in the same area. Are there two distinct lines for each meet and greet? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, there would be 2 lines. There would be signage posted as to which line to join for each meet n' greet.

Just to add, my understanding is that before the party, Mickey will meet in his regular outfit. Once the party starts (at 7, unless anyone can correct me that the changeover is before that), he'll be in his Halloween outfit.
