I wonder if it may be worth a few emails to Disney asking them to either relocate the jewellery section or send us to a different desk. This could become a widespread problem
That's a great idea. If it doesn't arrive tomorrow I'm going to call and request that. When I called yesterday they said that all people staying from 20th were being posted out today but when I read that someone is going on 21st and theirs arrived yesterday I get the feeling I was being lied too!

Just to say asking them to send record won't help - you need to ask them to send Special Delivery.
Recorded simply means that it has to se signed for on delivery no guarantee on when it will be delivered as it is treated as normal first or second class mail.
Special delivery is tracked and has to be delivered by 1pm the next day.

MICKEY MAIL ARRIVED We depart October 29th and our Mickey Mail arrived today, so anyone who is travelling before that you might want to call WDTC and chase them!!
You won't get mail from Disney directly, though Charter travel will send you what you need and any applicable vouchers and confirmations. You could ring them and ask them what to expect and when it should arrive
