That's exactly what I plan to do when I get mine in my hands! Mine arrived last week but to my permanent address, so won't actually get my hands on it until the end of next week!

It just cements the fact that we are all actually going!!

7th May for us, maybe Monday it will arrive. I flew to the door this morning when I heard the postman after reading this thread but sadly just a letter from the bank about my insurance

There was a date stamp on ours that said it was only posted yesterday so maybe yours was too but it's taking longer because you live further away

Still nothing but a card through the door today saying "sender didn't pay the full postage" and I have to pay £2.40 to pick it up which includes a £1 handling charge

Is there anything on yours that says how much postage was paid? I'm guessing I can ask to see the envelope before I pay.

The letter to be paid for was my Mickey Mail, paid my £2.40 and phoned Disney to complain

The girl in Florida I spoke to phoned the UK office and they have asked me to scan and email them my receipt. I have also asked them to check my email address with US as the girl today read my email address as 02 instead of o2 which meant when I first booked I got no confirmation and receipt of my booking and it looks like it still hasn't been changed.

Had a call this afternoon from Disney, $50 gift card and a parcel of goodies, including Mickey Ears, will be waiting for us on arrival at POFQ.

Very apologetic that I had to pick up and pay for my Mickey Mail and that amount will be refunded as well.

Just had an email confirming our conversation and they are also refunding £10 to my credit card used for the initial booking to pay for the postage charges!

I would have been happy with just the postage back to be honest, now thrilled they have gone the extra mile. She asked who was my favourite character, I said that is difficult but I'm looking for to seeing Merida as we are from Scotland then she asked who my daughter's favourite princess was. I don't think she realised my daughter is 22 so I said she isn't really a princess girl more a Goofy or Tigger girl
