Mickey Mail???

We leave in just a few days & haven't received our Mickey Mail. I emailed our TA but haven't heard back. If we don't get it before we leave, can we get what we it at our resort?

Do you have a room only reservation? If so, the only thing you'll get is DME paperwork.

You should definitely have it by now. You don't necessarily have to have it, but if you have a package it will have vouchers for arcade tokens, etc. We sometimes don't use any of the vouchers, but your TA should have it and have sent it to you already.

I would call and email the TA about it. The mail system is far from perfect, so it perhaps never made it to your TA or perhaps she mailed it to you and is MIA in the mail system from your TA to you. Either way, your TA should be able to call the Disney Travel Agent line and see what they can do to get your vouchers to you whether before you leave or at the resort.

If it is a room only reservation, then you aren't missing anything.
