Mickey Head Shaved into Back of Man's Head??

I came across a picture of a Mickey Head shaved onto the back of a man's head. Anyone know if the barbershop at the Magic Kingdom does this?

My DH is not into Disney as I am, but he actually agreed to have a Mickey head shaved onto the back of his head the next time he goes with me. LOL
