Mickey & Friends Parking Open?

Celebrating my sister's bday at Disneyland this Thursday, Sept. 11. I'm an annual passholder; she thinks I'm a little crazy in this area. Planning an adults only, trivia games, Imagineering info, hidden Mickeys, good food, this is why I LOVE this place kind of day.

Help me look like an expert from the start....is the Mickey & Friends structure up and running? It's been closed the last few times I visited.

Any other hints? Thanks

The Mickey and Friends Parking Structure is the Primary Parking location for the Disneyland Resort, and is always open and utilized.

However, during periods of extremely high attendance, as has been the case many times in 2009, the structure may be closed off to new entries. In these cases, inbound traffic to the Disneyland Resort will be redirected to other Walt Disney World Co.-owned or Leased lots located throughout the Anaheim Resort Area.

Well ... not exactly ... if you arrive early enough and drive to M&F's entrance, you may be redirected through the structure to the Pinocchio lot, which is closer to the tram stop.
