Mickey Ears??

I have a friend who is going to pick up Mickey Ears for my children. We are going to use them to break the news of our surprise trip. Can someone please tell me how much they are?? Is it extra to get their names on them??? Thanks!!

Maybe someone knows more than I do but 5 years ago they were around $10 and the embroidery is free I believe at the hat shop on main street. hope this helps.
