Mickey cruise door

I hate when people steal disigns and sell them. Oh well, just wanted to print out for our cruise. They are cute!

I think I can find all the parts online to do this...But my question is...does anyone know about how large each part should be? I'd love to make these for myself and as a cruise gift for some friends of mine that are cruising...But I don't know the dimensions?

Using a ruler to measure the items on the picture, I see that each body part is about the same size and they are all about the size of the room number circle on the door which is 7.5 inches. So if you print each item out at 7.5 it should look ok but I would find something that is 7.5 inches (size of door number and head in the picture) and line it all up after you print to make sure it looks good.
