A co-worker was telling me about a ring her Aunt bought at WDW. It was MM shaped with gem stones completing the ears and face. Has anyone seen rings like this? Where should I look at WDW to try to buy one of these?

There is a jewelery store in MGM that has nice jewelery, and also on Main street in the MK. That is the two I can think of

::yes:: My mom fell in love with the same ring at the jewelry store on Main Street in MK. From what I can remember, you can get them in all kinds of different colored stones. I think the one she always regrets not buying is the one in simulated emerald. I might pick it up for her next month while we're there. Happy shopping!

They also have jewelry like this with precious and semi-precious stones in the center room at the World of Disney store at Downtown Disney. They have a lovely version with pearls that I'd love to have!

Does anyone have any idea around how much these rings cost?

I'm curious also if anyone knows about the price. On my WDW trip in February that is the souvenir I hope to buy. . . my belated Christmas/Valentine's/early anniversary gift maybe??? :teeth:

I'll be there this Thursday through Sunday (DH last minute business trip that I'm tagging along for), so I'll check. If nobody has posted when I return (or if I get on while there), I'll let you know!

It sounds like the necklace and earrings I have in amethyst (my birthstone). My husband picked up the necklace (I think around $400) at World of Disney Store at Disneyland for my birthday & 25th anniversay. I bought the matching earrings ($225) a few months later.

He went in to buy the ring originally. It would of been a lot cheaper if they would of had it in stock in my size. Instead he bought the necklace, which lead to the earrings.

I think the ring was around $250.

I think this is the ring that she is talking about..my husband bought this for me for my birthday 2 years ago..I'm pretty sure that it was around $250..I remember they also had ruby, sapphire, and amethyst..

Another place to check is the one store at the Contemporary.. it's the one that's across from the restrooms, not next to them. They have beautiful jewelry there! My DH bought me a necklace there in June that my daughter told him I liked.. it's Sterling and is a laying down oval. It has a tiny MM head engraved in the corner of the oval already.. it now has my initials there as well! I think it was $65. Love it.

umaangel00~ The jewelry is not available to purchase online, but you can try WDW Merchandise Mail Order..407-363-6200

I have one in simulated stones -- comes in red, green and blue. I think it's set in sterling silver. Mickey's head is a a round "diamond" and his ears are "rubies," "emeralds," etc. There's are additional stones on either side of the head. It's a really cute ring and around $25.

The thing about this ring, however, is that one of the stones ALWAYS falls out eventually. So, each time I go to Disney I exchange the damaged ring for a new one -- I think I've had four. I got the original one at World of Disney, but I've done the exchange at the MGM store and in Epcot.

They used to sell those rings in Mousegear in Epcot, but I haven't seen them there in quite some time.
I still see them in World of Disney and also in the small, corner Jewelry shop in MGM (can't remember the name) which is on the right hand side of Sunset Blvd as you're walking towards TOT.
The price if the rings/necklaces/earrings varies with the type of stone (emerald, ruby, blue topaz, diamond, etc)

I *like* this set! I know it has a necklace, earrings & a ring, but *my* inquiring mind wants to know...
Is there a matching BRACELET?!? (A-hem, my birthday takes place during our next trip...heheheh..and I've been wanting a nice bracelet for the past couple of birthdays/our anniversary/Christmas...)

woooooohoooooooooooo,
agnes!

I have this problem with a link bracelet. Do you need the receipt because I don't have mine.

TIA

Just got back and saw these rings at the World of Disney store at Downtown. I didn't check them all, so the price could vary by stone, but I did see ruby, emerald and sapphire rings marked at $245. There was also one in cubic zurconia - no opal. I did not get prices on necklaces or anything else - didn't see any bracelets for the person who asked. They also have fake stone rings for $25 in all different colors.
