Mickey Bar designs?

I've seen pictures of stateroom doors and some adorable mickey (and other characters) made into Mickey Bars. I've tried searching and looking through some designers albums and haven't found anything.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you post a picture then we might be able to locate the designer. Also I am unsure of what you are referring to? Mickey ice cream bars perhaps?
