Where do you get the balloons with a colored mickey in a clear balloon? I'd love to get a couple for a family photo session at our resort but we will not be going to a park first.

I've seen them in the parks aND at disney springs. Only with a vendor walking around-not in a specific store.

No balloons at AK though. Actually I don't know that I've ever seen them at Epcot either.

I've only ever seen them at MK.
I have promised myself, even thought they are really expensive, I am going to get one this trip, and then pass it on when we leave.
