Mickey and Minnie....

Toys r us (Canada) has been selling 3 ft Mickey and Minnie Mouses. for just $9.99. I bought one for my DS just near Christmas last Dec. I place him in a box, wrapped it in brown paper and added our mailing address. I placed a returned address from Lake Buena Vista, FL. To make it look even more authetic, I added old stamps. It looked like it was really mailed to him!

When he opened the box, there was a big letter from Mickey saying" See you in 2 days" your pal Mickey! He went nuts. Told all his friends Mickey had sent him this for his coming trip to Disney.

He took it on the plane and then We took it to Chef Mickey's Breakfast where we had Minnie and Mickey sign his big white gloved hands! CM's and people alike commented on what a great idea it was. It was alot cheaper then buying the Mickey on sight! It awaited him every night on his hotel bed when we came back from the parks!

when my son saw Mickey after we got to the park the first thing out of his mouth was "I got your Mickey, you sent me!" God bless the characters, they just nod in agreement.

I don't have a link. Maybe try calling your local toys r us and they will tell you if they have any in stock. I got mine near Christmas. I told a couple of nurses at the hospital about it. They were both going to Disney. One in March and I in April. They both got theirs in March.

It did say on the tag it was a disney promotion....hopefully some are still available. Good Luck. I'd take a picture of it but I don't know how to add it to the post!
