War Brewing over MJ's 'Thriller' Musical
Michael Jackson is coming to Broadway, whether his estate likes it or not ... at least that's what the most famous Broadway family says.

Nederlander Presentations has filed a creditor's claim, but it's not asking for money. Nederlander wants the probate judge to tell the executors they have no choice but to honor a contract Michael Jackson inked in 2008 for a musical stage play featuring music from "Thriller" and "Off the Wall."

The production hit a major road bump last year, when John Landis sued Michael Jackson, claiming MJ couldn't make a deal for the musical without his sign off. Landis directed "Thriller." That suit is pending.

Howard Weitzman, legal guru for the MJ estate, tells TMZ, "I've seen their creditor's claim. I don't agree with their request."

Sorry, but talented or not, you have to be quite delusional to not understand that he was behaving badly with both Jordan Chandler and Gavin Arvizo.

Should the boys bear some share of the blame for not saying no and going back for more because they enjoyed the side benefits, sure, blame them, but Michael was the adult here, he shouldn't have gone there......

I'm so glad we don't have to decide whether he was guilty of it or not. He spent, what, 2 weeks in court, and he came away not charged.

I'm not saying he did or didn't do it, but from what evidence was found he was clear of all charges. When he got to the pearly gate, thats when it was determined!

Amen!!! you know the best we can do is ignore these people... they are the ones wasting their time judging someone they don't know... only GOD can judge! But aint it kinda funny there was no acutal evidence that MJ did thats to those kids? why? well its clear that he did not do it Tommy! plus were you there? Side benefits? You think SIDE BENEFITS would be enough to keep a child coming back to a situation like what Michael was accused of? Now who's delusional?

Tommy, are you aware both of those boys have admitted they LIED?? Are you aware the father of one of the boys committed suicide because of the guilt of lying?? OMG it makes me laugh how some people can be so simple of mind that they read an article or two, gossip at the water cooler, listen to late night comedy... and suddenly they are gifted with infinite knowledge.
