I never saw him live either, wish I had though. :sad1:

I was not at all surprised this morning when I heard the tribute had been postponed. I still wonder if it will ever happen. Honestly I think it would be better to have it next June anyway and I think London would be better than Vienna. Really it SHOULD be held in the U.S.

La Toya will be on 20/20 tonight. I am not a big fan of hers but I am going to watch it anyway just out of curiosity. ;)

I know it is going to be sad, but very, very special. I am looking forward to more pictures! :)

I ordered the book "Dancing the Dream" by our angel MJ last night. Can't wait to get it. It's not sold in the U.S. anymore so it's coming from the U.K. :goodvibes I'm going to get "Moonwalk" next month when it is re-released. Can't wait for that either.

hi all,

DBF said he read an article that Ed Hardy has bought Neverland and will be using it as its head quarters? Did you guys hear about this?! is it a rumour or real or what??

I hope its not real, because that would just be riduculous!

No, the Ed Hardy designer will be moving into the Holby Hills home MJ was living in when he passed away. Neverland hasn't been sold and isn't even up for sale.

It has been confirmed that Michael Jackson will be given a special episode on "The Oprah Winfrey Show". Titled "Oprah Remembers Michael Jackson", the episode airing Wednesday, September 16, will blend Oprah Winfrey's 1993 interview with the late King of Pop and her comment about his death.

The 1993 interview was indeed a monumental moment for the show's history because Michael addressed publicly for the first time, the controversy about his skin color. The singer took a stance that the discoloration resulted from a skin disease called vitiligo. At that time and even a couple of years later, the disease was relatively unknown.

Michael also talked about the child abuse that he experienced at the hand of his father, saying later that he often cried from loneliness. The interview was watched by approximately 90 million U.S. viewers.

(I never watch Oprah, but will this time! :))

Hope everyone gets to watch tonight! I took the kids camping, but HAD to get back home for the VMA's tonight LOL!
